INTERVIEWS

INTERVIEWS

During user interviews with frequent travelers who often take short trips, a consistent finding emerged. These users expressed a common challenge related to trust when using common city guide apps. Despite this, they tend to rely more on Google Maps for their research or seek advice from friends, as it is perceived as more personal and reliable. Interestingly, they are not aware of any existing app that could provide tailored suggestions for their specific needs.

USER FLOW

USER FLOW

I designed the user flow in two phases: onboarding and planning a new trip in Berlin, along with the ability to customize the itinerary. The onboarding phase facilitated account creation and preference setting, while the planning phase allowed users to explore Berlin's attractions and landmarks, select destinations, and customize their itineraries. This approach aimed to create a seamless and personalized user experience for efficient trip planning.
